What to Do When You Want to Give up

It’s all about knowing your strengths and opportunities. First thing is to be honest with yourself. Am I putting the time in to be the best I can be, or am I making excuses and thinking that I am better than my results? You may ask yourself, ” maybe I can thrive somewhere else”. Don’t fool yourself, those same development opportunities will follow you wherever you go. You just may have a leader/mentor that cares less or doesn’t push you hard enough to truly see your potential. Aren’t you curious what that potential can be?
