Isn’t great we have HWS, Cvent, Starcite to send us leads, but truly successful sales professionals don’t wait for customers to call. They find customers and SELL their product and services. If you move to HWS, or convention sales or want to a DOS…. You have to be comfortable and successful at prospecting in order to blow away revenue goals and mentor those you may become responsible for. Somehow we find the time for vacation…. That means the time should also be there to call a customer and go visit them as well.
