Many companies talk about it in their annual report and put it on the wall. The great companies live it and never stray from it.

  2. I highly, highly recommend Tony Hsieh’s book “Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion and Purpose”. It gives a fantastic insight into the Zappos culture and their Core Values. By far the best and most motivating business book I have read.
