Our culture represents our core values that are part of every decision we make…hires, revenue/expense direction, who we want to be.

Many companies talk about it in their annual report and put it on the wall. The great companies live it and never stray from it.

  2. I highly, highly recommend Tony Hsieh’s book “Delivering Happiness: A Path to Profits, Passion and Purpose”. It gives a fantastic insight into the Zappos culture and their Core Values. By far the best and most motivating business book I have read.
